This is a general PC question; you need to burn the ISO to CD and its generally expected you know how to do this prior to purchasing and downloading an ISO.

You can use Nero, Easy CD creator, or any one of dozens of programs to burn an ISO to a CD.

Unfortunately, you are either "overthinking" it or perhaps just don't understand. Burn the ISO as an image. Please see the tutorials I've linked above. If this is still unclear to you then you probably should not have purchased these tools.
