From time to time, folks have the problem. Its usually related to an unsuccessful download, or an attempt to download directly from the invoice using a download manager.
You probably would have gotten a link regenerated much faster had you actually read just a little further; what it actually says is this:
This download has expired or is invalid. If you have not yet successfully downloaded this product, you may contact us at [email]instantcake@ptvupgrade.com[/email] and request to have your download link regenerated; you must supply your order number when making this request.
We are happy to regenerate your link again as a one-time courtesy, but also ask that you provide us with as much information as possible about why you think your download was unsuccessful or any problems you may have had during the download process.
