Just wanted to send a note to say that my Sony SAT T-60 died a few weeks ago, and I spent a couple of weeks researching the HD replacement possibilities, trying to fuss with MFS tools and the original (deceased) drive etc. etc. I found your software through the Tivo community, bought a 250 gig drive, and purchased Instant Cake for my application. Downloaded it, followed the instructions and it worked perfectly, with no problems anywhere in the process.

Great product, and saved me tons of time that I would have wasted hacking away (due to my lack of linux knowledge, and the fact that my original TIVO drive was dead).
