Hello.
I am new to this forum and the whole TiVo upgrade thing, but am very interested as it seems that I have only scratched the surface of my TiVo units. My first question is regarding the HD size. I have read many posts of people who have used 120 GB drives, and those who have added a second HD to bring the total up to over 400 GB. I know that there are issues with PC's with older (>1 yr) BIOS's that won't allow for HD's over 120 GB without a BIOS upgrade. I understand that TiVo appears to run on Linux, correct? Are there such issues with TiVo, or could I swap a 160 GB hard drive directly?
Thanks in advance for all the advice and putting up with my neophyte questions.

Sorry...already answered my own question by doing some research...you need the lba48 hack to allow a TiVo to read anything over 137GB on a drive. Just put this in here in case anyone else had the same question. :)
