It sounds like you have a problem on your network. Check to ensure your TurboNet card is properly seated and that your TiVo has an IP address on your network; if it doesn't, then you'll need to troubleshoot - check cables, router, etc... If it does, then you might want to restart your TiVo, but chances are that if it has an IP address on your network, then it will complete the daily call without issue as long as your dialing prefix is set correctly.
