I ordered the 122 hr. add-on drive kit for my RCA DVR40. I installed it according to the instructions but it will not work. It gets to "Welcome! Powering up..." or whatever exactly the welcome screen says, but goes no further.

I noticed that the new drive I was sent does not have any jumpers on it. I don't know if it is supposed to or not. I know you probably need more info to help but I can't get it to work.

Can someone help?
