Tech support suggested that it takes several hours of downloading before this will work, but the machine has been installed for over a week. It doesn't appear to have been rebooted in over a day (hacks are still enabled). The software came pre-installed with an upgrade to a new HD Tivo. It worked once or twice, but now is consistently not working.

This is a TiVoWebPlus issue, correct?

If the unit has been up and running and has downloaded the full guide from the satellite, try doing a "full reload" from the TiVoWebPlus main menu. If that doesn't work, you might try rebooting the unit (do this from the remote, not by pulling the plug) to see if that works. In my own environment, TiVoWebPlus works MOST of the time on the HR10-250; but from time to time, it does hiccup (rarely, though).

Doing the "full reload" from the TiVoWebPlus seems to be the trick. Just rebooting the box without the reload didn't seem to help.

Thanks!

Same deal with me, reload works! Thanks for the tip, and for taking the time to post to this forum. I was a little worried when reboot didn't fix it for me either!
