Can't really tell anything from the log file (other than the fact that the system is panicing and rebooting).

It could be a bad hard drive. It could also be a loose connection -- or even a problem with the network connection being loose.

What type of unit do you have? Is it rebooting at the same time EVERY day, or do you think that was somewhat random?

What does your system information screen say (is it in a "pending restart...")...

Is your phone line connected?
