It's amazing that your post is still up,one bad word about support they will drop your post. I am glad I only wasted twenty bucks.

Now I have registered for this forum and I have noticed that PTVupgrade has replied to posts after mine {HELLO SUPPORT} and I still have not gotten anything from this website. Very disappointing I guess they just take the money and run!! Some kind of response would be appreciated.

I purchased an item by mistake and I wanted to know if I can get what I really need instead. That is the QUESTION.
I wanted to keep this a private matter hence the "contact us" page but since I recieved no response I chose to bring it to the forums...and if I am banned ("at no charge" is this what I get?) from this forum for trying to get anything from this site other than PAYING you money than I will be forced to call my credit card company.
I really was misled when I read that if you asked a question of PTVupgrade you would get an answer sooner than you think...

You made a mistake and ordered the wrong product? Was it a downloadable product? Were you just not paying attention when you made that mistake? Did you read the EULA before you completed the purchase? And we misled you into making all of these mistakes?
And now you are holding PTVupgrade accountable for this mistake? And you are upset that we are not giving you personal service, as well?
It sure is looking like the nature of all your problems (at least the ones related to this issue) are related to you not reading before acting.
With that in mind, I'd recommend you stay away from our products, our forums and upgrading your TiVo, in general.

So it seems to me that you are getting around taking care of a PAYING customer by telling me that I didn't read before I acted.
The only problem I have is no support NOT personal service (you don't advertise that...but you do state if there are problems that customers can return for credit their DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE products for goods or services). I hold you accountable for not replying to a paying customer in a reasonable amount of time.
Oh and as far as threatening I don't threaten and I believe that you were the one with this condecending attitude toward me as if I am some dummy just complaining. this tells me that you don't even check to website "contact us" page. If you had read the 1st post to the website I believe we wouldn't be at this stage. And yes you did threaten first with banning me with how about this adorable quote "which we provide at no charge."
I asked of your help on this issue more than once and deserve to be credited for what I paid for and/or exchange for what I need due to MY MISTAKE.
