Curious as to why you want to uninstall them.
In any case, the files are in /ptvupgrade/tivoweb
And you'll need to either edit /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit, which is where tivoweb is started, OR you can just remove the TIVOWEB_ON file from the "/" directory.
You'll need to know some basic linux commands to do this.
