What type of unit do you have? Who did you order it from (PTVupgrade or 9thTee?) are you certain you specified the correct model type when ordering? Can you please provide more information; there is very little here to respond to!

Ok, I think the problem is that we are in transition with new mounting hardware and the instructions you are looking at are out of date.
