Join the club. I'm guessing you've got a DirecTivo? You are the victim of DirecTV/TiVo's latest software upgrade. The upgrade wiped out your cache card drivers (and perhaps other "add-on") software as well. I just got my unit out via UPS back to ptvupgrade for a warranty repair earlier this week.
