Well ... my DSR6000 w/I.C. took the upgrade and while I lost telnet, ftp etc (not a big deal) all my shows survived and I still have my full 149 hrs (160 gig drive). My network call to TiVo still works so I know my TivoNet card drivers are still working as well. I did lose the cute PTV logo ..... but if I lost all the shows my wife probably would have left me (hmmm, maybe I should reconsider the "good news"). And I still have my logos!

Considering I read on TC that some folks lost everything I guess I should consider my self lucky. :)

Technically, you are not 'lucky' - this is exactly what *should* have happened. TurboNet drivers are native within the TiVo OS; and you did lose your hacks; that is exactly what is expected...
