My cachecard install in my SAT-T60 went well. The unit is up on my network. I can ftp and telnet into it but it's not able to call in via the network... I selected a static address for it. /etc/rc.d/rc.net contains correct information including the default gateway. The PTV installer installed cachecard.o and the ftpd. The rc.sysinit has three occurances of starting the telnet daemon and one for the ftpd. The installer made no mention of further configuration required for the nightly calls to go via net. I waited a week then tried setting the dial prefix to ,#40 but that fails too.

What did I miss?

Are there instructions on how to set up the calls through the internet only?
I have my Tivo set up with the default DHCP, I keep getting the message to make a daily call.
I just installed the cachecard bundle.
Thanks

all you need to do is set your dialing prefix to ,#401 on the phone settings menu...
