from FAQ...
> Q. Can I use -s and save my recordings?

An Idea...
How about this as an option. Place original A nd B in a linux box. Together with
appropriate sized new A & B dirves (i.e. at least as big). Then do

mfstool backup -aso - /dev/hdv /dev/hdw | mfstool resore -i - /dev/hdx /dev/hdy

As I undestand it this should make a backup pair but now all the programs (asuming they would fit)
should be in a a partition on the A drive. Then if we use the backup as a source and back it up to
a single new drive using

mfstool backup -aso - /dev/hdx /dev/hdy | mfstool resore -i - /dev/hdz

we would end up with a devorced single drive image containing the original programs.
(probably dont require -s on both operations)

I'm not sure if I'm missing anything or misunderstanding anything here. Do you think this will work?
