Juppers has been kind enough to compile the TiVoNET drivers for 2.0.1-002. They are available at http://www.9thtee.com/tivonetusage.htm . Thanks!

For anyone having any issues with their TiVoNET board, if you are running TiVo 2.0.1-002, you might try downloading and using these updated drivers. Might help, can't hurt.

So what's the procedure for updating these files?
Just ftp them to tivo? Or do I need to remove the drive and do it that way?
