Sony's being sued over their Blu-ray PS3 discs. Citing patent infringement, Target Technology's seeking a permanent injunction against Sony's unauthorized use of Target's proprietary technology. Target holds a patent for corrosion resistant thin film alloys for optical disc application.

Target hasn't specified whether or not all of Sony's Blu-ray discs are in violation, so I'll be keeping tabs on that to see how it all works out.
