If you watched the show from the beginning, you know how god awful it was.  It has done a complete 180 from the 2nd ep and is slowly replacing My Name Is Earl's spot for my #2 comedy pick.

I still don't know why Rachel Dratch left SNL for her bit parts.  She got replaced at the last moment by Jane Krakowski and she now only gets 1-2 mins an ep, if she's even in the ep at all.
