The little annoying transport patient finally kind of came around.  I was hoping sack would step on her neck at some point just to shut her up, that or Wyatt would have opened that door.

 Now, onto a major gripe I've had with this show, and has fully become my mjaor criticism of it.  Those stupid ass driving scenes.  First, the "street" looks totally fake, way, way, way Seasame Street fake.  Then, in this ep, when they're driving down the street, the scene resets during a side shot and you see the the street start to go by again.  C'mon... I only hope the dir of photography has some suck-ass artistic vision in mind, that or he's an idiot.  I just could not believe it when I saw that.  It was like watching an 80s show all over again.  The show totally went down a notch in my book after that.
