Wyatt seems to want to be closer to his dad but pushes him away, that or his dirty towels just smell really good.

The whole guy falling out of a plane thing, just seemed odd. Very strange to dwell on that for as long as they did with the suits coming to visit them and whisking away the patient. I wonder if that will tie into a future storyline somehow.

Jack the phony EMT story is okay, as long as he doesn't turn out to be a serial killer or Wyatt's ex partner or some stupid crap like that.

The gay bar killer storyline was played out well. After thinking about it, the little flashes of life before our eyes thing is interesting. They get to tell a whole story in just a matter of seconds. We get to see what the killer did and why but not sure if anyone else knows that. It kind of forgoes the whole ER judgement thing where someone usually says you're not going to work on that piece of crap are you? He's a killer.... We got to make our own judgement call on the guy needing to die. Sack has a new friend, and we know how he got his name, I hope.
