Hungry? Now, Order Domino's Straight From Your TiVo

Yes, the moment you've been waiting for is finally here.  You won't even have to winch yourself from the comfort of your own couch or barely burn a calorie to order a steaming hot Domino's pizza pie - as long as you're a broadband connected TiVo subscriber!

Order Domino's With Your TiVo

Today, TiVo and Domino's have teamed up to give you the Domino's application for your TiVo.  Starving TV addicts will be able to build their own custom pizza order using the TiVo remote, and the service will sync up with your Dominos.com account to make satisfying cravings even easier.  Those who order will pay COD for their beloved piping hot treats.

What are you waiting for, TiVo people?  It's way past lunchtime - order up some Domino's on your TiVo!

In Australia, TiVo Opens Up To Game & App Developers

We're so jealous!  It doesn't look like TiVo is warming up to game development for their boxes stateside, but in beautiful Australia, budding Java programmers will soon be able to have their way with the TiVo.

Looks like they'll be able to write "broadband applications" as well, seemingly opening up TiVo units to a wealth of third party applications.  This is exciting news indeed, and I think something that we'd like to see available worldwide!

Netflix and TiVo Announcing Partnership

I'm betting that many of you readers out there have taken advantage of Netflix's awesome disc-swapping service, where in managing your online queue of most desired movies, you control exactly which DVD's end up at your doorstep.  I'm also betting that many of you love your TiVo boxes and regularly record shows to watch later, whenever you want.

Netfilx and TiVoPpartnership

What if your two favorite media services, Netflix and Tivo, partnered up?

If you've ever wished for that, rejoice - as Netflix will be making its online movie player available to TiVo owners and subscribers starting in December of this year, allowing you to watch Netflix's "Watch Instantly" digital movies right on your television.
